This document governs your access to and use of all services provided through our platform. By registering an account and utilising our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gambling Policy.

General Provisions and Definitions

This section outlines the core legal framework of our agreement. We are White Star B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao, operating under the trade name “Big Boost”. We are authorised and regulated by the Curacao Gaming Control Board to provide the interactive gaming services offered on our platform. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to White Star B.V., while the term “Services” refers to all gaming and associated activities provided.

This process is essential for us to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and to ensure a secure gaming environment for all players. To be eligible for an account, you must warrant and represent the following conditions:

  2. You are registering the account for your sole personal use and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
  3. You will maintain only one account on our platform. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  4. The personal details provided during registration, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information, are accurate and complete.
  5. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and will comply with all applicable laws in New Zealand.
  6. You are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP), the head of an international organisation, or a close associate or family member of such an individual.

Account Verification Process

We are required by law to conduct verification checks to confirm your identity, age, and source of funds. This process, often referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC), is a condition of using our Services. By accepting these Terms, you authorise us to undertake such verification procedures, which may involve sharing the information you provide with authorised third-party agencies. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your account until these checks have been completed to our satisfaction.

Financial Transactions and Policies

All financial transactions on our platform are processed in accordance with strict security protocols and regulatory standards. This section details the rules governing deposits, withdrawals, and the management of funds within your account. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these policies to ensure a smooth and secure financial experience. All transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars.

Deposits

To participate in our real-money games, you must deposit funds into your account using a valid payment method registered in your name. The use of third-party payment methods is forbidden. We accept a variety of payment options, which are displayed within the cashier section of our platform. By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of your funds at any time.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of our verification process and a review of your gameplay for any irregularities. We aim to process all withdrawals in a timely manner, though delays may occur if additional security checks are required. Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be processed back to the same payment method used for the initial deposit. We have established withdrawal limits to ensure fair and secure processing for all players. The standard withdrawal limits are outlined hereafter.

  • A maximum of 10,000 NZD per day.
  • A maximum of 40,000 NZD per week.
  • A maximum of 100,000 NZD per month.

Use of Services and Player Conduct

Your use of our Services is conditional upon your adherence to a set of rules designed to ensure fair play, prevent illegal activities, and maintain the integrity of our platform. Any violation of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and the forfeiture of any associated funds. We actively monitor gameplay and account activity for any breaches of these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any form of fraudulent, unlawful, or improper activity is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated security measures to detect and prevent such behaviour. The consequences of engaging in prohibited activities are severe and may include legal action and reporting to the relevant authorities. A non-exhaustive list of these restricted actions is provided for your information:

  • Engaging in any form of collusion with other players.
  • Using unfair external assistance, such as bots or specialised software.
  • Exploiting a bug, loophole, or error in our software.
  • Undertaking fraudulent activities, including the use of stolen credit cards or money laundering.
  • Using betting techniques designed to circumvent the standard house edge of the games.

Consequences of Breach

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have breached these Terms, we reserve the right to take any or all of the following actions. We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice, void any transactions and forfeit any winnings derived from the prohibited activity, and retain the balance of your account to cover any damages or losses incurred by us as a result of the breach. Our decision in such matters will be final and binding.

Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. We will not be liable for any unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify our customer support team immediately.

Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login or logout activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be deemed inactive. We will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before your account becomes inactive. A monthly administrative fee of 10 New Zealand Dollars will be deducted from the balance of an inactive account until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by you logging in. Once the balance is zero, the account will be closed.

We are the sole owner or authorised licensee of all intellectual property rights associated with the Services and all content on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright, trademarks, designs, source codes, graphics, and logos. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use this intellectual property for the sole purpose of accessing and using the Services for your personal entertainment. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding the quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects of the Services. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits, or reputation, arising from your use or inability to use the Services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, our records and server logs will act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim. Should you have a complaint, please contact our customer support team with full details of the issue. We are committed to resolving all disputes in a fair and timely manner. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao to settle any disputes that may arise.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Your continued use of our Services following any amendments constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
